Only my wife and one daughter could send me off. Yeo Min went to school, Yeo Yue went for school camp. |

Arrived at Solo at about 10.15am (9.15am WIB, western Indonesia time) | ||

On the way to Jogja, we visited Mesuem Mempakan at Kaliurng in the north, near to Mt Marapi. However, the power went off while we were waiting for a museum guide. | ||

We had our welcome lunch at a traditional restaurant in Jln Kaliurang, where we sat on the floor and ate with our fingers. | ||

Taste good, but very sweet. This is typical of Jogja food. However, it is the 1st time, I guess, I enjoyed sea food so much. | ||

Bu Dasi is in-charge of the Language Learning Centre (Pusat Palatihan Bahasa). I will be working with her closely. | ||

south of Jogja Though it is called pottery, they are not made of clay. |

This is not a planned itinerary but upon knowing that I like pottery, Bu Darsi immediately asked the driver to head for Kasongan. Well, that is the culture & the people of Jogja-flexible and hospitable. |
